AluaSoul Palma Hotel Adults Only

Amazing!!! Would recommend this to anyone! Fab location with quick transfer time from airport, great location to go to beach and Palma. Hotel was so clean and beds were so comfy. Great toiletries and water/kettle in room. Swimming pool area was lovely and breakfast was amazing, so much choice.

Early November visit so was off season. Hotel not too crowded. Reserved a room with full front sea view and that is what we were given. Room opened to a nice balcony with 2 chairs and a table and with a perfect sea view. Room was nicer and larger than other hotels we stayed at in Spain. Breakfast was was very nice and had a lot of choices. Not sure how anyone could be unhappy with the breakfasts there. Definitely would stay there again. Used buses to get to Palma, was about 25 minute ride on the #31bus and worked well. Airport was about a 5 min taxi ride away cost about 10 euro.Thank you AluaSoul for a great stay!

The hotel is a good new 4 star hotel, nice lobby with very great comfy sofas to lounge around on, great pool and bar area overlooking the sea. Everything felt new, fresh and very clean. Breakfast was really good, large variety. Room was lovely and although mine overlooked some local houses it faced the mountains beyond Palma and great for late PM sun and sunsets. Welcome bottles of water in the room was a nice touch that 4 other hotels in this resort did not bother with and can make such a difference to a guest. Also toiletries were the best here so you don't really need shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc. The entertainment at night (probably quite rare in hotels in the resort) by the pool and bar was a brilliant band of young Spanish guitarists and singer, I would probably have paid to see them. The hotel is maybe a 10 minute walk from the main area of the resort which I thought would be an issue as I had a bad foot. However; 1) it is not far with normal fitness and a nice walk along the coastal path at night back from a restaurant, and quite nice actually to feel more secluded; 2) you can hire a bike or electric scooter (at hotel) if they have any available (they didn't when I asked) or there are loads of local shops doing hire. I got an electric bicycle which was great. 3) it opened my eyes to there being a very nice popular coastal path with lanes for cyclists all the way to Palma city and this hotel is perfectly located for that, with some lovely beaches along the way. It's fairy flat with some ups and downs which with the electric bicycle were a breeze even when it was so hot. Overall, I stayed at some very nice hotels in the main resort but this is one I would return to.

Beautiful and clean place. All cosmetics, towels and hairdryer is provided and good quality. A little fridge and a kettle and tea and coffee selection was lovely to have in the room. Very nice staff. Great breakfast and dinner, lots of options. Amazing pool and space to chill. Very modern and spacious. Great location. You have the opportunity to rent a bike there as well, very convenient. Definitely would come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alua Soul Palma. We have stayed at this hotel before it became the Alua Soul and like its location. It is slightly away from the main part of Can Pastilla but its only a small resort so easy to get around. We arrived at 9pm and Nabila on reception suggested we go and eat dinner (as the restaurant closed at 9:30pm). The meal was very good and we booked in afterwards. We booked a front facing sea view and were given room 410 which was super. The food the rest of the holiday was good (although some of it could have been hotter, in particular, the soup) and the dining room wasn't too busy with a very relaxed atmosphere. The pool area was good with plentiful sunbeds. The entertainment at night was good All of the staff are very nice and friendly
